It’s very comfortable, and extremely customisable in its positioning. I find the mesh very supporting and durable. The construction is good, and the wheel castors are smooth on my wood floor OR carpet.
I’m glad that the upper back flexion part is able to be turned on and off - sometimes it’s useful, but I feel that the movement between upright and activated back is a bit awkward - it likes to “lock” or rock towards one side or the other, as opposed to having equal resistance throughout its swing.
If there was anything else I would change, I would love if the armrests could easily be moved out of the way as I often play guitar at my desk, and the arms can be rotated, but they still get in the way. Luckily I can also unscrew them off the bottom of the chair, but I would love to be able to easily use / move them away.
I've had this chair for some time to confirm that I'm really enjoying it! When I work from home, sitting approximately 6-8 hours per day, this chair remains very comfortable and the back support options are amazing for my body.
Another bonus for me, living in a warm climate (Australia), is how I stay cool in the chair due to its mesh.

It is not as stout as the Supreme. It came with one of the right screw holes in the armrest that could not be tightened. I had to wait for a seat base replacement after many emails and videos to prove it had a problem. Then I had to dismantle the seat myself to change it. It's a great hassle.
The chair was easy to assemble. It has a lot of adjustment points and forces me to adopt a better posture. The lumbar support being mobile took me a moment to adjust but the neck and arm rest are very comfortable. However most of the adjustment levers are just plastic, be careful when pulling/pushing on it.
I have loved the adjustability of the Joobie. It is so comfortable and cool on these warmer summer days. I highly recommend this chair for those who spend long days at their desk.
