I have an extruded disc l5s1 lots of discomfort sitting on regular chairs for any period of time but this seat is seeming to help me out there! Comfortable for sitting on the computer
Build quality is very nice, however the lumbar support is massively too far forward protruding into your back, and cannot be adjusted. It is PAINFUL. I have had to create a cushion for the back area above the lumbar support, to ease the pain. Cannot recommend and is an expensive mistake to buy before try.
This chair has changed my life. No more sore back or achy shoulders. Highly recommend.
Purchased my new chair around Christmas time and the tracking on the shipping never left the warehouse so I emailed to see what happened and got several "Well look into it" responses. Chair turned up and a month later I get an email saying that they were preparing to ship my chair (in response to my first emails). I questioned what was happening and after some correspondence, the order appeared to be cancelled. Then a week later another chair turned up. I should not have said anything but reached out again and they offered for me to buy the chair at $100 off or return the chair. They would not budge on the measly $100 off despite the fact that it would cost them $200 to return ship then another $200 to ship the chair out, how stupid. Look on line there are many poor reviews about their customer service. The worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.

This chair has been really great, and I have found it very comfortable with so much adjustability. Very comfy while reclining too.
Also very impressed with the post-sales support.
