Chair is very comfortable. The lumbar support takes a little while to get used to, but is otherwise comfortable and definitely supportive.
The neck support is good, although would be good to have a little more forward/backward range but working well.
Nice Chair with some good adjustment options.
The one area I have not been overly impressed with has been the lower back lumbar support. - Unfortunately, it is limiting on enabling a relaxed posture in an upright position. I generally cannot sit for longer than 2 hours in it without a break.
Great chair, did take a bit to get the right adjustments but by following the online instructions I'm more than happy even though I'm sorry I didn't spend the extra for the Vesby.
