This is a really great chair for office and personal use. The airflow in the back and below make it both comfortably and cool to sit in for a long time, the headrest is positioned well, and the controls on the underside are simple to use and actually seem to work. The height control specifically is very nice. I'm quite tall, and this is the first chair I've had that I can dangle me feet with which is nice. In most regards I would highly recommend this chair.

The only downside I have with the chair is the armrests. The way they are set up means that they move around all the time. And with no way to lock them off, it can be rather frustrating to deal with when leaning on them can cause them to move out and turn at large angles.

All said though, I still find this chair to be a great step up from what I had before and would recommend it.

I purchased this office chair for over $800 expecting good quality and durability. Unfortunately, after just one year of use, the back no longer locks into place, and it constantly tilts. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it completely disrupts the comfort and support I need during long work hours. Given the steep price, I expected a far more reliable product. I wouldn’t recommend this chair if you’re looking for something that truly delivers on its promises.

I got the large chair as I'm fairly tall. The instructions say to shift the seat forward to properly support your legs, but this means if you're back in the seat, your tilted back from the base angle. The seat also isn't particularly comfortable.

After 20 days no one is capable to tell me what is the ETA for my delivery or any valid information.
When you spend nearly $800 on one item you would expect the costumer service to be much better.
Wouldn't recommend as I don't even know if I am going to receive my order.

I purchased this chair about a year ago, and I wanted to really test it out before sharing my thoughts. Unfortunately, it hasn't quite lived up to my expectations. I cant stay comfortable for more than a few hours on it, and I have tried all kinds of office chairs prior to giving this a go.

The neck support digs into my neck more than I’d like, and I can’t seem to adjust it further back, which is really frustrating. While the low back back support is adjustable, it’s too firm for my liking. I’ve tried adjusting it for comport, however, the said neck support becomes uncomfortable as it now juts out. I do manage to find a slightly better position by moving it back and locking it in, however I still struggle to sit upright and work without discomfort.

The arm rest also sits too high for me, and get quite annoying after sitting in the chair for a while.
If I’d paid a couple hundred bucks for this chair, I could see it earning a solid 4 stars. However, given the premium price tag, it only deserves a 1-star rating from me.
