Good Product

Do not buy from this company. The chair was fine, but uncomfortable so I chose to return it based on the 21 days policy.
What a nightmare, this company is the worse I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELf. Avoid this business at all costs.

Great value ergonomic chair. Very easy to assemble and has already made a huge difference in my comfort level when sitting for long hours in front of a computer. The only let down are the arm rests which I can't lock into a desired position.

21 day returns is a lie, courier never arrives. Customer service is nonexistent, email only and you get templated responses delaying you until you give up.

This is a really great chair for office and personal use. The airflow in the back and below make it both comfortably and cool to sit in for a long time, the headrest is positioned well, and the controls on the underside are simple to use and actually seem to work. The height control specifically is very nice. I'm quite tall, and this is the first chair I've had that I can dangle me feet with which is nice. In most regards I would highly recommend this chair.

The only downside I have with the chair is the armrests. The way they are set up means that they move around all the time. And with no way to lock them off, it can be rather frustrating to deal with when leaning on them can cause them to move out and turn at large angles.

All said though, I still find this chair to be a great step up from what I had before and would recommend it.
