Bought Joobie to replace a chair in which the head rest was extremely wobbly. Nothing out of the ordinary in the delivery process, but they did inform me of every step, even assembly guides. Assembly was just like any other gas lift chair, but I do note that this chair is heavier than earlier chairs I assembled. Fabric is a mesh plasticky feel, quite firm. For comparison my previous chair was a cloth mesh and very soft. I like to sit on the chair with just shorts and occasionally when the weather is hot, I take my shirt off. It leaves marks on my skin, so I placed a shirt to cover the backrest. The head rest is good, but the firm construction makes it uncomfortable for long periods of time, I ended up strapping a small pillow in between the headrest and back rest, a lot more comfortable. The lumbar support is great "on paper" but it really needs getting used to, specially if you are moving from a one piece back rest. First few days really felt a bit of pain trying to adjust. Pushing the backrest to lying position moves the lumbar support to the middle back, needs some adjusting to find the sweet spot also. I ordered a size M since my height is 177cm but the lowest height is still higher than my previous chairs and the chairs I used in office. I bought a small foot step to offset the height and bring it back to the height I am used to, but felt uncomfortable. I asked to change the gas lift from M to S. They did accommodate my request. You'll need a bit of muscle power and a few hammers to replace the gas lift, fortunately I've done this a few times before. Size S feels extremely better for me. I ordered the foot rest next, quite easy and straightforward to install. Now I can lie down more comfortably while enjoying a short break from work. The arm rest feels short and when you push the backrest to lying position a bit far from your arm, so you can either dangle you arm or place up your head or cross them on your chest. Another issue I have on the arm rest is that it has no lock. You cannot really "dive" into the chair expecting support from the arm rest as they would rotate quite easily. Other functions I find as expected from an office chair. I have already acclimatize to the chair in the past weeks and now feels more comfortable.. The pictures attached show the bare chair before replacing the gas lift and before installing the foot rest, the final use chair is with a shirt covering the back rest and a strap-on pillow in between the back rest and head rest. So, for me this chair is good, but quickly going to great, however it is far from perfect.
Although I have only used this chair for less than a month, but I really love it. Not only does the chair helps me keep my posture straight, but the strong support system meant that I could stay in my chair for many hours without my body aching. I also really love the functionality of the chair and how flexible the chair can be with all the different setting which allow me to change the back rest, incline etc of the chair to fit my different needs. I hundred percent would recommend this chair to my friends!

my first experience with ergotune was at IT show 2024 i was not really looking for a chair untill i tested the chair in person and i can tell you that its 1 of the best chair that i have ever sit in it was so comfortable!!! will definitely recommend my friends and family members to try it out !
