1. The ErgoTune Classic does not bear the TriTune™ headrest, unlike the ErgoTune Supreme. This is suitable for individuals who do not need a headrest or find that having one is intrusive for your daily activities.
2. The ErgoTune Classic has a 4D armrest, which is height and width-adjustable. The ErgoTune Supreme has the GyroBrace™ 5D armrest instead, which is height-adjustable and freely rotatable.
3. The ErgoTune Classic's base is made from nylon polyamide, whereas the ErgoTune Supreme's base is made from aluminium.

For example, the DuraWeave™ upholstery is woven in Germany, and is certified by ISO, FR-One, and OEKO-TEX. The Class-IV rated hydraulic system, for instance, is built in South Korea and is certified by BIFMA.

1. No-lift-access deliveries are subject to an additional $20 per floor. 2. Deliveries to islands (including Sentosa and Jurong Island) are subject to an additional $15.
For self-assembly: between 2 to 5 working days from the date of purchase date.
If assembly service is required: between 4 and 8 working days from purchase date - assembly will be performed during delivery.

The chair arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. Took me maybe half an hour max and was made so much easier because all the different pieces and hardware was in separate labelled bags and the diagrams were clearly depicted. The chair is very comfortable and the only issue I have is the same one many other reviewers have reported; the inability to lock the headrest in one position but apart from that it’s a fantastic chair for a great price. There was a lot of packaging rubbish though. It would have been better if they’d used less foam and more bubble wrap but I guess they’ve got to weigh the amount of packaging against getting the chair here safely so I do understand. Would 100% recommend the supreme.
I personally found the chair not for me however it did not go to waste. My wife is a very big fan! Plenty of adjustments to most peoples body shapes and sizes. Great Product! Quick postage and excellent service! Thanks to the ErgoTune team.
I purchased one for home (when I'm working from home) and it's so good! The back support is amazing! My lower back (L4, L5 and S1) would always pinch my nerves after sitting for long periods... but it doesn't anymore... so... I ended up selling my $2200 Herman Miller Aeron at work and purchased another for work...
So, I sold my used chair... purchased 2 new chairs that are better! And I still had money left over! Winning!
The only think I would suggest??? There's a lot of wastage from the boxes. Maybe you can pick them up a week later and reuse?

Ground shipping is free within NSW. There's a $39 shipping cost per chair for shipping to other states. We also offer promotions for free shipping from time to time, so keep a lookout for them!
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. We typically deliver in 2-5 working days*. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Exceptions may apply for particularly distant or inaccessible locations.

While we’d love to offer this option, our products and packaging are very bulky and heavy, so we’re unable to deliver them to PO boxes and pick-up shops. However, if you require assistance with shipping, please write in to support@au.ergotune.com. They’ll be happy to assist you.
