Both ErgoTune Supreme and ErgoTune Classic are made to our exacting standards. However, there are a few key differences:
1. The ErgoTune Classic does not bear the TriTune™ headrest, unlike the ErgoTune Supreme. This is suitable for individuals who do not need a headrest or find that having one is intrusive for your daily activities.
2. The ErgoTune Classic has a 4D armrest, which is height and width-adjustable. The ErgoTune Supreme has the GyroBrace™ 5D armrest instead, which is height-adjustable and freely rotatable.
3. The ErgoTune Classic's base is made from nylon polyamide, whereas the ErgoTune Supreme's base is made from aluminium.

The Class-IV rated hydraulic system, for instance, is built in South Korea and is certified by BIFMA.

There are surcharges for the following scenarios:
1. No-lift-access deliveries are subject to an additional $20 per floor. 2. Deliveries to islands (including Sentosa and Jurong Island) are subject to an additional $15.
For self-assembly: between 2 to 5 working days from the date of purchase date.
If assembly service is required: between 4 and 8 working days from purchase date - assembly will be performed during delivery.
We deliver from Monday to Saturday between 11am and 6pm. You can specify your desired delivery date upon checkout, and we will do our best to accomodate your preferred timing.

I bought the chair for my wife who works from home and suffers lower back pain. She absolutely loves the chair. Her back pain has eased and I can’t recommend it enough. She has told all her friends and work colleagues to get one. Great purchase.
The chair is super easy to put together, definitely need a lot of space as packaging is massive! The booklets are great and instructions are easy to read. I’m 156cm and this chair is slightly too big for me still.
I fell in love with this chair from the moment I received the package and the moment I sat in it for the first time. The colour is beautiful and the customisation for optimal comfort is endless. The only thing I would probably point out is that the arm rests do not “lock” in place and sometimes I find myself pushing them out of place depending on how I’m sitting. The head adjustment needs some work too but other than that the chair is so comfortable and really does live up to its name as an ‘Ergo’-tune chair.
I love this chair! I was sceptical at first due to price (Was comparing to Officeworks etc haha) but I bought one for both my partner and I to try as we were sick of how our current chairs made us feel. For the first time I'm not walking away from doing work with an aching back and hips. I am comfortable for the whole time. I won't use any other chair from now on.
